San José, Costa Rica, 15-17 November 2010 The IBE participates at the International Congress on “Management, Innovation, Inclusion and Governance in complex educational contexts”, held in Costa Rica. The Congress seeks to provide a space for exchange among professionals linked to educational management both at national and international levels; and analyze and share experiences around three thematic axes (innovation, inclusion and governance). Clementina Acedo (IBE Director) and Renato Opertti (Co-ordinator of the Capacity Building Programme) are presenting on inclusive education administration and the future of education in general being debated today.
